30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with InkSwift, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date. This applies to new subscriptions and one-time plan purchases.

How to request a refund

Our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, processes all refunds. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at hello@inkswift.app with your order ID and we'll coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Renewals and cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account billing portal or via Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; refunds for renewal charges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted if requested within a reasonable time after the renewal.
